Return & Exchange Policy

At Doza Designs, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return & exchange policy is designed to make it easy for you if you've changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product. We're committed to providing a hassle-free experience for all your returns and exchanges.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you, the customer, provide an address the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
